- Shipping & Handling
- Shipping & Handling is $14.99 per item on products shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping & Handling to Canada is $34.99 per item. Since packages are shipped via UPS we are not able to deliver to PO boxes and we cannot guarantee delivery to addresses not recognized by UPS. All of our fruit is hand-picked and hand-packed when it reaches a specific point in ripening and this makes it very difficult to cancel or change orders once they have been selected for shipping. So please ensure all information and addresses are correct at the time of order. Typical delivery time is 5-7 days but this will change with season and variety of fruit.

- We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States and all of Canada..
- How We Ship
- All of our gifts are hand-picked in the groves and hand-packed in the packing house. Then they are shipped from our facility directly to the doorstep of your recipient via UPS.
- Requested Arrival Date Policy
- Please note because the harvesting process depends greatly on Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Requested arrival dates are approximate. While we do our best to ensure your gift arrives as close to your requested arrival date as possible, arrival dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipments to Arizona, California, Louisiana and Texas
- Because these states also grow citrus, we follow a special set of guidelines when we ship to them. As a result, these packages have a unique shipping schedule and are only shipped on a few pre-selected dates each month. For information on requested arrival dates for these states please call us at 1-800-294-2266.
- Shipments to Canada
- We ship to Canada on the same schedule that we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. However, Canadian gifts must be all fruit and not contain any candy or marmalades. Please choose all fruit gifts when shipping to Canada.
- Ordering
- In addition to our website, orders can be placed via phone at 1-800-294-2266, fax at 1-863-439-4694, and mail at PO Box 829, Dundee, FL 33838.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- For orders placed via internet, phone or fax, we accept payment by VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Mail orders can pay by personal check or money order in US funds or by a credit card mentioned above. For credit cards by mail, be sure to include the month and year of expiration. Any promotions or coupons can be applied on internet orders by entering a valid, non-expired code in the "Coupon Code" box provided at checkout. For phone orders, be sure to mention the promotional code or coupon that you wish to apply to your order. Fax and mail order customers can deduct the amount of a valid, non-expired promotion or coupon from their final order total. Unless otherwise noted, all coupons codes are one-time use only and apply to the final overall total, not to individual gift totals. Please notate which promotion you are applying to your order. For all orders, be sure to include payment to cover any deluxe items and shipping costs for every item.
- Packaging
- Gifts may not always be packed exactly as pictured since Mother Nature dictates the size and shape of our fruit each year. Also, piece counts can vary depending on the fruit size and shape. We will always ship your gift box packed full of the freshest, best quality fruit available.
- Substitution Policy
- Our intent is to send gifts as requested, but we reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
- Returns & Replacements
- All of our gifts come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your gift, we will do our best to make it right. If we are not able to replace your gift with the same item due to seasonal availability, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value. Please note our 100% satisfaction guarantee is only applicable if we are given all of the correct information.
